2.1 Identity Verification Process

In accordance with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards, 33mw may request identity verification for transactions above a certain amount or at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is done to protect your account.

• To create an account and use services on 33mw, the user must be at least 21 years of age.

• The time limit to meet wagering requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus is received. If the requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• VIP cashback is paid weekly: Bronze — 0.2% weekly, Silver — 0.5%, Gold — 0.8%, Platinum — up to 1.0%.

• Only one account per household, device, or IP address is eligible to receive a bonus.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the 33mw platform.

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 33mw reserves the right to void incorrect results or abnormal payouts caused by technical errors.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded unless the specific rules for that event state otherwise.
• If a live casino game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, it will be resolved according to the rules of the relevant provider.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts at the same time, or using any manipulative method, is strictly prohibited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or within the same household.
• Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.

33mw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (no transactions for 12 consecutive months).
• If the user requests account closure — in this case, the actual balance available at the time of the request will be returned.
